Good location close to Moab restaurants and National Parks
We stayed 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned after the first night. Also, we didn't like that we could not open the windows--the fresh air at night would have been much better than air conditioned air for sleeping.

great access to moab's parks and landmarks for city walkers
I loved how we could easily walk to the Moab Rock Shop just a few steps away and also enjoy the beautiful Swanny City Park, just a short stroll from the hotel. Plus, the hotel offers spacious rooms perfect for couples looking to recharge after a day of walking around picturesque landmarks.

If wa a very nice and clean and luxury hotel, I liked the approach of staff and appreciated their service.
The location of the hotel is rather "off" the centra of Moab (if we can speak about a centre at all)

The hotel is very stylish, so are the rooms. Very clean. Free breakfast was very good, coffee/hot chocolate/tea was always available, pool was not bad
The member of the staff that checked us in was very rude. He first couldn't find our reservation made on Booked.net and sent us away (!) (without making any efforts of research) to get a Hilton confirmation number (which I fortunately had on my I-phone). When we got back (after 1 minute) he was already serving other customers (which took him a long long time and he offered them a huge discount just because he knew someone who lived in their home town), when we arrived for the second time at the counter he told us the hotel had inversed my name and surname and he merely excused himself and didn't offer the discount. The rest of the staff was friendly. There are only 2 washing machines for the entire hotel, which isn't enough at all.

Our family loved the spaciousness of the queen room, perfect for our three kids! The breakfast was a hit, especially the waffle bar. We enjoyed exploring nearby sites like Delicate Arch and taking family bike rides at the fine local trails.
My kids wished for a larger pool area.

The location was excellent for accessing nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the room on arrival made for a great first impression.
